iPhone App Gets You Pregnant… Intentionally

First we heard news that an iPhone app saved the life of a Haitian quake survivor. but now there’s new of another iPhone application that helped create a new life!

UK’s and possibly the world’s first iPhone baby was born last Jan 22 to UK parents Lena and Dudley Bryce, thanks to an app called the Menstrual Calendar. Before you dismiss this free application as another flash in the pan, it’s good to note that it helped predict the fertility period AND the exact birth date of their baby! Call it a coincidence or a publicity stunt, the delighted parents have been trying for FOUR WHOLE YEARS before conceiving. Lena had almost given up hope when she was presented with a new iPhone for her 30th birthday. Her husband gave the gift, but little did he know he would have a part to play in this life-giving event!

According to Lena, she searched for apps that could help her “get pregnant” and downloaded the first five apps that she found. Using the free Menstrual Calendar was a no-brainer, and she stuck with it until two months later when she finally conceived after a long wait! She said:

“The Free Menstrual Calendar was easiest to use so I stuck with it and in two months I was pregnant. Now we have our gorgeous daughter and couldn’t be happier.”

Some couples are increasingly having difficulties conceiving their own children, but thankfully there are convenient apps out there that can alleviate the burden and delete the guesswork when it comes to having a baby to call their own.
