My organization, DemiDec, has developed CRAM CARDS (flashcards) for six Academic Decathlon subjects, eight AP Exams and the SAT. We are now hoping to create a mobile app version of these cards that allows student to review these cards and to sort and select them based on:
-- Difficulty
-- Area
-- Category (People, Places, etc.)
-- How often they've taken them before
-- Whether the student has starred them for review
App should also track student performance.
Presumably we could sell a different app for each exam? There are existing flashcard apps for the iPhone, but most focus on letting students generate their own review content.
Format should be slick, of course, and . Sorting is very important. We can provide icons for different subjects, etc. All data is available in Excel tables for easy manipulation and mining.
